Ubuntu llega a la telefonía, con una interfaz espléndidamente refinada y con una capacidad completa para PC cuando se acopla a ésta

Canonical anunció hoy una exclusiva interfaz para teléfonos inteligentes para su popular sistema operativo, Ubuntu, que utiliza los cuatro bordes de la pantalla para una experiencia de mayor inmersión. Ubuntu ofrece de manera excepcional a los OEM de teléfonos y a operadores móviles la posibilidad de concentrar teléfonos, las PC y clientes ligeros en un súper móvil de una sola empresa.

Ubuntu ofrece opciones convincentes de personalización para partner apps, contenidos y servicios. Los operadores y los fabricantes de equipos originales pueden agregar fácilmente ofertas de su propia marca. TechCrunch reported that "Berlin-based relayr, maker of the WunderBar, an Internet of Things (IoT) hardware dev kit which resembles a chunky chocolate bar, has closed a $2.3 million seed round, from unnamed U.S. and Switzerland-based investors.
