VXL, fabricant mondial d'appareils légers, clients et à connexion au nuage, lance une toute nouvelle gamme d'appareils clients légers.

Pour célébrer 37 années de fabrication de terminaux clients légers, VXL met sur le marché deux nouveaux modèles à système sur puce (SoC), K54 et V200, destinés au marché de la virtualisation de l'infrastructure bureautique (VDI), ainsi que deux appareils phares à double cœur : les appareils des séries Md et Md+ (équipés d'une entrée PCIe).

L'ordinateur de bureau à système sur puce (SoC) de premier niveau K54

Le modèle K54 est muni du tout dernier processeur ARM Cortex SoC de grande performance pour les protocoles à distance comme RDP, ICA et PCoIP®. Le modèle K54 hyperléger, vendu à moins de 200 $, est le terminal au prix le plus bas jamais vendu par cette société. Affichant une très faible consommation d'énergie, soit moins de 5 watts, le modèle K54 est conforme aux limites d'empreinte carbone des plus grandes entreprises sans limiter sa performance.

L'appareil VMware™ certifié Vtona V200 PCoIP® Zero Client offre une expérience supérieure sur ordinateurs de bureau à distance pour les utilisateurs avancés, assurant une performance multimédia riche avec affichage 3D, CAO/FAO, vidéo et plus encore.

De plus, l'appareil compact Vtona V200 PCoIP® Zero Client ne comporte pas de système d'exploitation, assurant une installation et une gestion en toute simplicité. Les appareils des séries Md et Md+ contiennent un puissant processeur double cœur de 1 GHz, une mémoire vive de 2 Go et d'une mémoire flash de 8 Go, un choix de systèmes d'exploitation Linux et Windows imbriqués et d'une formidable variété de ports d'affichage et de périphériques dont au moins deux ports série, un port parallèle et des ports d'affichage et DVI-I. La version Md+ comporte une entrée PCIe permettant l'emploi d'une carte à fibre et de la fonction d'affichage multiécran.
