DigitalOptics uses Bright Cluster Manager to provision, schedule, monitor and manage its Dell PowerEdge HPC cluster. Bright enables DigitalOptics to quickly and easily expand their cluster with minimal downtime, eliminating the need to spend days configuring and integrating new nodes. Instead, the company reports that configuring and integrating nodes takes less than 10 minutes.
DigitalOptics also benefits from the intuitive Bright user interface, which provides complete visibility to all aspects of their cluster. With one intuitive graphical user interface, their system administrators perform the full range of cluster monitoring and management tasks within one application. Unlike other cluster management software, Bright's unified approach eliminates the need to synchronize multiple applications and write custom scripts to keep them working together.
