ATLANTA, April 22, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- If you have ever been tasked with locating a golf course for your next charity, corporate or social golf outing, you know how hard it can be to zero in on the right golf course.  Now there is a free solution that makes it much easier.

Charity Helpers, LLC, a Georgia based provider of technology for charities and businesses, has just unveiled a new website that helps golf outing planners.  BestOutings.com is an online resource that is sure to become a favorite among golf outing planners who until now have had to search the web and printed guides for golf course information and golf outing packages offered by local courses.   The new website can reduce the time needed to find the right golf course by as much as 80%.   "That's extra time that can be used to secure bigger sponsorships and donations to help these events", commented Mike Last, founder and president of Charity Helpers, LLC.

BestOutings.com presents outing information for more than 13,000 golf courses.  Search results are available by zip code or by state.  Detailed maps of golf courses are displayed with clickable links to course information, membership information, and of course golf outing packages.  Course information is easily updated through a sister website OneSpareTeeTime.com, a free website for course managers to handle all of the requests they receive from charitable organizations.

Last adds, "We set out to make the entire process easier for course managers and for golf outing/ fundraising event planners, and I feel confident that we have succeeded based on the initial feedback from outing planners using the site".

Golf course managers use OneSpareTeeTime to easily manage all charitable requests and in turn enjoy a free listing on BestOutings, which helps them sell more outings.

These new programs ensure that the course manager remains in full control of what outing package information is presented to potential outing clients and who gets access to charitable certificates.  Golf outings represent approximately 15% of the yearly revenue for the average golf course.
